REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

      1. ABOUT THE POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our product and avail our services. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our product and service, certain restrictions apply to returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellation. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our product is a one-year-access digital content solution, delivered through either of the three mediums:

A) A pendrive preloaded with digital content, which can be accessed multiple times within a one-year period from the first activation, after which the content is considered consumed.

B) A web-based access to the same digital content, restricted to one-time use.

Access to the digital content will also be provided via a Google Drive link/Pendrive, valid for one year from the date of first access. After this period, the link will expire, and the content will be considered consumed. Due to the digital and consumable nature of the product, usage or access (even partial) renders the product non-returnable and non-refundable.

      2.ELIGIBILITY

         You may be eligible for a Return/ Refund/ Exchange only if you can clearly demonstrate that:

   a. You have not accessed or used the digital content via google drive link or pendrive or web-based service.

   b. The seal (if applicable) and packaging of the pendrive remain intact, and no attempt to access the data has been made.

   c. No login or download activity has been recorded on our servers (in the case of web-based access).

   d. The pendrive has not been connected to any system, or the system logs do not show any data access attempts.

  e. The Google Drive link has not been accessed at any point during the one-year validity period. Access to the digital content is tracked, and once the link is opened or downloaded from, the content is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.

 3. 07 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return strictly within seven (07) calendar days from the date of purchase (for online courses) or the date of delivery (for pendrive/Google drive-based courses), provided that the course has not been activated or accessed in any form.

For the purposes of this clause, “activation” shall mean any instance where the unique login credentials (ID and password / Encryption key) provided at the time of purchase are entered and used to access the course content, whether online or via pendrive or google drive link. Once the course is activated, it shall be deemed used, and no Return, Refund, and/or Exchange shall be permitted thereafter under any circumstances.

Returns will only be accepted if:

        1. The request is made in writing within the stipulated 07-day period through email or any other applicable means;
        2.  The course or the google drive link provided remains unused and unaccessed;
        3. In the case of pendrive-based courses, the pendrive is returned in its original condition, unopened, and free from any physical or data-related tampering.
        4. Pack the item(s) securely using the extra packing material found along with your order. Do not use the packaging in which your order was packed and sent.
        5. Do not use cello tape or any kind wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided.
        6. Shipment should be sealed and packed before handing to courier. Only return invoices for shipping purpose to be kept outside.
        7. Please take a video while packing & sealing the bag for your reference and safety.
        8. Once the exchange is confirmed and approved by Eduveda Edtech Private Limited, your exchanged item shall be processed at the earliest.

No returns or refunds will be processed after the 07-day window has lapsed or if activation has occurred, irrespective of the reason provided. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the terms outlined in this clause.

      4. HOW TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS: 

4.1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange: Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (07) calendar days from the date of purchase (for online courses) or from the date of delivery (for pendrive-based products) or from receiving the google drive link. Returns or exchanges are strictly conditional on the course or product not being activated, accessed, or used in any way. Activation includes logging into the course platform, watching the course video, or connecting and using the pendrive with provided credentials or accessing the link. Requests made after the 07-day period or for activated products will be automatically rejected.

4.2 Initiation of Return or Exchange Request: Registered users must contact Customer Support directly at +91 7400151012 to initiate their return or exchange request providing the reason for the request. The Company reserves the right to require additional documentation or evidence to assess the validity of the request.

4.3 Conditions for Return / Exchange Eligibility: For pendrive-based products, the item must be returned in its original, unopened, unused, and untampered condition. The pendrive must not be connected to any device or activated using the provided credentials. The return package must include the original invoice, packaging, user guides, and any other accompanying materials received at the time of delivery. Any signs of tampering, damage, use, or activation will render the return or exchange request void and non-eligible. The Company reserves the right to inspect returned products and reject any that do not comply with these conditions.

4.4 Return / Exchange Approval and Instructions: Upon receipt of a valid request, the Company will review and approve eligible returns or exchanges. The Customer will be provided with detailed instructions regarding the return process, including the scheduled pickup date and any preparation requirements. The Customer must comply strictly with these instructions to maintain eligibility for a return or exchange.

4.5 Pickup of Return Product: The Company will arrange for the pickup of the return product through its authorized logistics partner at a mutually agreed date and time. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the product is securely and properly packed in its original packaging, including all relevant documentation and materials. The product must remain unused and unactivated at the time of pickup. If the product is found to be damaged, activated, or ineligible during pickup, the Company reserves the right to cancel the return/exchange process without issuing a refund or replacement.

4.6 Activation Disclaimer: No returns or exchanges shall be accepted once the course has been activated by using the login credentials/key/encryption to access or view the course content. Similarly, pendrive-based products that have been connected to a device or had credentials entered will be considered used and consumed, disqualifying them from return or refund. Activation constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered, and the right to return or exchange is forfeited upon such activation. Additionally, if a pendrive or the google drive link has been successfully used on one computer / device and is later found to be non-functional on another device, it will not be deemed defective. In such cases, the pendrive or google drive link will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

4.7 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Claims: Customers who receive physically damaged, defective, or incorrect products must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. After verification of the claim by the Company, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost, or a full refund will be processed including any applicable shipping charges. Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

4.8 Refund Processing Timeline: Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned product, the Company will process refunds within seven (7) business days. Refunds shall be credited only to the original payment method. The Company is not liable for any delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

4.9 Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be responsible for returns that do not comply with this policy, including unauthorized returns or returns initiated without prior approval. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit when the return product is not collected by the Company’s authorized logistics partner. The Customer bears full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all policy requirements and procedures to qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

 5.   MONEY REFUND

5.1 Refunds shall only be processed for payments made via UPI (Unified Payments Interface), bank transfers (including NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS), or debit/credit cards

5.2 Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money will be refunded in account requested by you. Otherwise you can request a refund in another mode. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed post receipt of goods.

5.3 Refunds will not include any bank transaction fees, gateway charges, or administrative processing costs, if applicable.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT MODES

6.1 Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued for payments made through digital wallets, online vouchers, gift cards, promotional scheme credits, or store wallet credits issued by the Company or its partners.

6.2 Payments made through such non-refundable modes shall be eligible only for exchange. No refunds to bank accounts, cards, or original payment instruments shall be entertained for such transactions, regardless of the reason for return.

6.3 The Company does not offer partial or pro-rata refunds under any circumstances, including claims of partial use or incomplete course viewing.

6.4 The user acknowledges and agrees to these conditions prior to completing a transaction using any of the non-refundable payment modes listed above. By proceeding with such payment methods, the user waives any right to claim a refund through reversal, chargeback, or legal recourse, except in the event of a proven unauthorized transaction or technical error, as determined solely by the Company upon investigation.

7. PRODUCT CONDITION FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

To qualify under our return/exchange policy, the product must: 

a) Be unused and in original condition

b) Include all original documents and packaging

c) Match the product as listed on the website

d) Have the “Non-Returnable If Torn” tag intact and unremoved

e) Products showing signs of damage, wear, resizing by third parties, engraving, or tampering with brand elements like tags or logos will not be accepted for return. In such cases, only an exchange will be considered, and a 10% deduction may apply.

f) Any attempt to copy, record, duplicate, or extract content from the google drive link, pendrive or digital course before return will disqualify the return request.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

At www.eduquik.com, we recognize that users may, on occasion, need to cancel their orders, course enrollments, or service requests. To maintain a fair and transparent process for all parties involved, the following cancellation policies apply:

8.1 Cancellations Prior to Access or Enrollment Confirmation: Users may cancel any order or enrollment prior to receiving access to the course, training, or service without incurring any cancellation charges or penalties. In such cases, the cancellation request must be made before the Company grants access or confirms enrollment. No fees, charges, or negative consequences will be applied for cancellations at this stage, as the Company has not yet committed resources toward delivering the service.

8.2 Cancellations After Access or Enrollment Confirmation: Once the User has been granted access to the educational content, training, or service, cancellations will be subject to review and may incur a cancellation fee. This fee is necessary to offset costs already incurred by the Company, including but not limited to content licensing, administrative processing, and other resource allocations.

a. The applicable cancellation fee, if any, will be clearly disclosed to the User at the time of purchase or enrollment, and reiterated during checkout.

b. The cancellation fee amount or percentage will be reasonable and proportionate to the extent of services or access provided prior to cancellation.

c. Cancellation fees will be collected immediately upon cancellation.

d. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the applicability and amount of any cancellation fees, based on the nature and timing of the cancellation.

8.3  Non-Refundable and Irrevocable Conditions: Certain products, courses, or services may be designated as non-refundable or irrevocable once access has been granted. Users are encouraged to review product descriptions, terms, and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, the User acknowledges acceptance of any such non-refundable terms.

8.4 Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact information provided on the website. The date and time of receipt of the cancellation request will determine eligibility under these policies.

8.5 Company’s Right to Modify Cancellation Policy: Eduveda Edtech Private Limited reserves the right to update or amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION ABUSE POLICY / BLACKLISTING CLAUSE

The Company enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of misuse or abuse of its Return, Refund, Exchange, or Cancellation policies. These policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly, but any attempt to exploit them will result in immediate and permanent action.

9.1 Definition of Abuse: Abuse or misuse includes, but is not limited to, the following behaviors:

a. Repeated return or refund requests without valid or verifiable justification.

b. Initiating returns after using, accessing, activating, or duplicating course content or pendrive or google drive link data.

c. Filing false claims of damage, non-delivery, or technical failure.

d. Tampering with the pendrive product and then attempting to return it as “unused.”

e. Sharing course credentials and later claiming dissatisfaction or requesting a refund.

f. Unjustified cancellation of orders after course credentials have been issued or pendrive has been shipped.

g. Raising chargebacks or payment disputes to circumvent refund eligibility.

h. Making serial or excessive purchases and cancellations with a pattern of exploitation.

9.2 Consequences of Policy Abuse: If any abuse or manipulation of these policies is suspected or detected, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any or all of the following actions:

a. Immediate rejection of the return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request.

b. Permanent blacklisting of the customer from making future purchases on the website.

c. Termination or suspension of the user’s account and revocation of access to any purchased courses or materials, without any refund.

d. Forfeiture of any promotional credits associated with the account.

e. Reporting to relevant payment gateways, fraud prevention networks, or legal authorities.

f. Initiation of legal proceedings to recover damages, loss of business, and applicable legal costs.

9.3 No Obligation for Reinstatement: Once blacklisted or suspended under this clause, the Company is under no obligation to reinstate access, process pending returns, or respond to further correspondence regarding the decision.
